Events for June 12 - May 23

Imelda from Wigan Music Service will be coming in to work with our Reception children - music and movement.

A group of children  from Y6 will visit Parklee School to partake in mathematical reasoning activities.

SATs - Standard Assessment Tests. Parent meeting to explain when and how the tests will be sat. The purpose of the tests will also be explained.

Parent session run by Mrs Rabbani on Number Sense and the importance of this to aid the children in their mathematical journey.

Miss Ditchfield will explain the mental calculation strategies children in Years 3 and 4 use.

Mrs Delargy will explain the mental calculation strategies the children in Years 5/6 will use.

Mrs Johnson will lead a workshop on early reading.

Mrs Kirkup will lead a parent session on VIPERS and how you can use this at home to support your child with their reading and comprehension.
